The booking

Advertising runs on the LED billboard at 770 Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW.
Your ad runs daily, 5am to 10pm, every day of each booked month.
Bookings run for the number of months you choose; longer bookings receive a multi-month discount. All rates are quoted excluding GST.

Payment in full is required before your booked month begins. Your ad does not go on the board until the invoice for that month is paid.
Bookings are invoiced directly. You will receive an invoice with payment details once your ad is approved.
Your first invoice is issued as soon as your ad is approved, and paying it is what confirms your booking. It is payable on the terms shown on the invoice, not deferred to the month it covers.
Any later months are invoiced 14 days before the month they cover and fall due 7 days before that month begins.
For multi-month bookings, a deposit of $500 per additional month is collected on the first invoice and credited back in equal parts across each later month, so the total you pay is the monthly rate multiplied by the number of months booked. It is not an extra charge while the booking runs.

Artwork must be 7:3 aspect ratio (1920x823px recommended minimum), JPEG or PNG, and no larger than 20MB.
Keep important content within a 10% margin from all edges.
All artwork is reviewed before it goes on the board. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, unsafe for a roadside audience, or does not meet the specifications above.

Give 30 days written notice to end a booking, so we can re-fill your slot. The notice month is invoiced as normal, including its deposit credit.
Months already run are not refunded.
Multi-month discounts are re-rated if you cancel early. The discount applies to the term you booked (5% from 3 months, 10% from 5 months). If you end the booking early, the months you actually ran are re-priced at the discount that shorter duration earns, and the difference is payable on your final invoice. A six-month booking ended after two months is re-priced at the standard rate, because two months earns no discount.
Any part of the deposit not yet credited back to you is non-refundable.
